Anyway, I had much fun with it, this is the sketch of Annabeth I really wanted to finish, I had fun doing it even though it took hours, especially Percy's face was killing me because Annabeth never looked like she was glancing in his direction so I just had to make him turn his back to the viewer *shrug* Oh well, you're see him more often in my works so you'll just have to bear with it here. I had a hard time with the background, even though it's so simple now. I tried something fancier but failed so yeah, this is what it turned out to be!

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactThe lineart is fantastic, it's got a smooth flow to it that very difficult to accomplish. I also admire the lighting, many inexperienced artists place the light source straight on the character, or to one entire side. However, the colouring is a very primitive form of cel-shading, and instead of just a highlight and a darker/saturated base colour you should add some midtones as well. One thing I noticed is that there is virtually no reflective light at all, and I recommend some on Annabeth and Percy's shirt. The background, which is a brick wall, is lightened because of the light source so there should be some reflective light if Annabeth is directly in front of it. The wall is finely executed, and the details are wonderful. I like the feeling of the piece as well, the emotion it seems to give off fits the entire scenario. The structure of Annabeth seems good, there are some mistakes with proportions but essentially, it is very good.
Overall, an excellent piece with minimal mistakes, well done.
