Hey there! I'm still alive and here's another one of the Percy Jackson series. Well no, it's not really a series any more... I just draw what I want to atm xD. I need that. Plus, some of you asked for her ^^. And Beckendorf. He's going to be there. Promise I'm dreaming of a wide gallery of PJ characters :3 These pics are too rare and I enjoy drawing them too much And they're great practise. Sorry if I annoy anyone with them

So here's Silena Beauregard, daughter of Aphrodite and former counsellor of her cabin. Her last name means "pretty looks" in French -very fitting I guess. I loved her story, it was so sad when she died!! I cried. Seriously, it was so heartbreaking D:

I guess she turned out pretty okay, I'm even satisfied with my work here O.o. I like how her sword and the belt turned out and how her style fits with the background and her eyes. I like her outfit somehow. If it wasn't purple, I'd want to have it Hope she doesn't look too prideful. Tried to make her look beautiful but nice, like Percy describes her to be And yeah, the colour of love is red. But red is too agressive to be Aphrodite's colour. And pink naturally stands for beauty and prettiness. So I guess that's better fitting. The backgrounds I chose for my drawings always represent the godly parent/patron rather than the character himself. Though that sometimes fits as well But as with Piper for example, it was hard to fit xO Anyway!
She's wearing the scythe necklace, can you find out where? ?

Btw. Don't come and tell me "she's blonde!" or "her eyes are dark!". Rick Riordan said in an interview that her eyes are blue and her hair is black. And it's assumed that she's able to magically influence her appearance. So yeah. I liked her with this look and I see her drawn like this very often.
